Latest Project News – Within the confines of the walled rear garden, we have completed an extension to the ground floor bedroom of this property. Works have included removing an existing balcony and glass handrail, excavating the existing paving slabs, undertaking drainage works, laying the foundations and installing a new steel framed extension.
The project has progressed well throughout and recent weeks have seen the completion of the internal decorations, including painted walls and carpets. As we head towards Spring we are due to lay new paving slabs externally, as well as designing the garden layout and installing new planters complete with plants.
Latest Project News – A team has recently commenced on a 6 week project in Covent Garden, London. The scope of works are to clean down and repair all roofs and parapets, redecorate the front elevation, renew roof coverings and upgrade electrical installations to the office demise.
One of the biggest challenges on this site is going to be the logistics of getting materials to site. Due to council restrictions, we are unable to park nearby and have to arrange deliveries at suitable times to ensure that surrounding properties and businesses are not disturbed and that the general public are kept safe.
Despite these restrictions the scaffolding is now in situ and the team have commenced preparations for works to the roof.
Latest Project News – The end of September saw a team commence back at the Salcombe residential property where we undertook the installation of a dorma window earlier in the year.
The second phase of works are to undertake an extension to a lower ground floor bedroom which will involve excavating the foundations, constructing the new extension plus the internal fit out/decorations to our clients specification.

Latest Project News – Following the final delivery of concrete panels last week, the exact shape of this amazing building can really start to be seen…
Deliveries of steelwork and timber glulam beams are due by the end of this week meaning the team can push forward in preparation for the installation of the roof, creating a watertight building within the next 2 weeks. They have also taken advantage of the ongoing good weather this summer and commenced the groundworks for the garage, with a large area already being dug out ready for this phase.
Latest Project News – Our site team have been working very hard throughout May, as they have installed the Ribdeck steel decking system which, now concreted, provides the floor between levels and has allowed the team to progress on to installing the next phase of wall panels.
The building shell is now really starting to take shape and further highlights what an exciting project and location this is.
Latest Project News – Works have recently commenced for a new residential client in Plymouth. We are currently undertaking an 8-week project which will see the site team refurbish the ground floor to provide a new shower room, utility and kitchen in a Victorian mid-terraced town house.
Latest Project News – As we head towards the first Bank Holiday in May, our site at Hope Cove is a hive of activity. The recent spell of good weather has coincided with the ongoing deliveries of concrete panels, all of which has meant that the site team have been extremely busy installing them and that the building structure is starting to take shape…
Latest Project News – Works are still progressing well on site at Hope Cove with the team having taken delivery of a 28 mtr tower crane towards the end of February – see our Facebook Page for pictures.
With this in situ it has enabled works to progress to the next phase, which this week sees the delivery and installation of the first load of concrete panels to form the basement walls. As we head towards Easter the basement level will soon start to take shape.
Latest Project News – Despite glorious weather in January allowing us to get off to a great start at Hope Cove, it was inevitable that it would change at some point and so far, February has seen the team battling the elements to keep site progressing.
In spite of the rain and winds on the coast, excellent progress is being made with the reinforced concrete slab for the basement and the slab for the crane base both now in place. With the imminent arrival of the tower crane early next week the basement will soon start to take shape.
Runic House, Hope Cove is a beautifully designed contemporary structure employing many cutting edge designs and building products. The external walls are formed by precast concrete panels giving many benefits not least, from our point of view, the speed of construction. The structure has been designed to blend into the surrounding countryside and with the inclusion of its green roof makes this an extremely eco friendly build and a very exciting project for CPM Partnership.
Latest Project News – January weather sets us up for an excellent start at Hope Cove…
Following an initial period of set-up site, work gets underway at Hope Cove, starting with the installation of gabion baskets and initial excavations for the foundation.
Due to its location, this site poses some logistical challenges in terms of getting machinery and materials to site, however careful planning has meant these issues have been overcome. Fair weather during the early part of January has allowed the site team to get off to a good start.
